About Lindsay Galvin
Lindsay Galvin was raised in a house of stories, music and love of the sea, and now lives on the Sussex coast with her two sons, her one cat and one dog. She was a Science teacher in her first life, and is fascinated by psychology, history, and animals - mythical or otherwise.
Cleopatra’s Amulet is her sixth novel with Chicken House. She also writes for Barrington Stoke and Collins and loves to visit schools. When Lindsay isn’t writing, researching, travelling, mentoring or reading, she can be found sea swimming regardless of the weather or time of year, sometimes with her dog, never with her cat.
Lindsay is the author of The Secret Deep, Darwin's Dragons, My Friend the Octopus, Call of the Titanic, and most recently, Cleopatra's Amulet. Take a look at extracts and educational resources from many of Lindsay's books below.
